Job Description Job Description Salary: Roof Foreman Typical Duties & Requirements: Ability to diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs. Repair jobs and roof maintenance. Working knowledge of commercial/ industrial roofing procedures and safety. Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit, metal roof repairs and slope tiles/ shingles. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills. Authorized to work in the United States Valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required. Must pass pre-employment drug screening test. 10 years of roof experience (preferred). Speak English & Spanish (preferred). Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing and kneeling. Full Time Position / Plus Benefits: Starting $23.50 per hour. Salary is based on skills, knowledge, and experience. Paid recognized Holidays. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment. Health insurance and retirement plan available.
