About the Position We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator
to join the team at the company’s Boynton Beach, FL office. This is
a critical in-office role , ideal for a collaborative,
detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and
is passionate about delivering accurate and competitive estimates.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full estimating process
for a variety of project types. Collaborate with preconstruction,
project management, and executive teams to develop detailed cost
proposals. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other
documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Evaluate
subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and competitiveness.
Support project pursuits and participate in bid presentations.
Requirements 5 years of estimating experience in the commercial
construction industry . Proven expertise in one or more of the
following sectors: multifamily, healthcare, education, hospitality,
or government . Strong understanding of construction means and
methods, pricing, and scheduling. Proficiency with estimating
software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Estimating, or similar ).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Must be located within a commutable distance to Boynton Beach, FL ,
or willing to relocate . Benefits Competitive base salary: $140,000
– $170,000 Comprehensive benefits package including medical,
dental, vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off and
holidays
