Job Description This company is an excellent and highly successful developer/builder in South Florida with an impressive track record, amazing culture, and truly great story. They are looking to add an experienced Senior Scheduler to their team in house. This person will be integral in building and maintaining schedules while interacting with the operations team. The ideal candidate could come from the general contracting arena, or the consulting side of the industry. They need to have a solid background and understanding of both construction and scheduling, as well as a firm grasp of P6 and how to best utilize the program. The company does over $300M annually and both build and develop commercial, office, high-rise residential, multifamily, industrial, automotive, and public projects. The majority of their work being for long-term clients doing primarily negotiated work. Requirements: Minimum 7 years' experience working in the construction industry PSP certification preferred Must have at least 5 years' experience with P6 Experience developing pre-construction schedules from limited information This is truly an exceptional opportunity for the right person, and they will not be disappointed with the quality of the people or the business environment.
