Job Description:

Position: Digital Marketing Manager reporting to VP of MarketingAs the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be directly responsible for recommending, developing, tracking, and optimizing digital assets and marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. Your duties will range from copy/content development, graphics development, web design, and creating/managing inbound/outbound lead generation initiatives to developing analytics, measuring performance and reporting results.This is full-time Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm, onsite in Pompano Beach, FL. ResponsibilitiesWeb:

  • Develop and execute best practices for web creative design, web production, and user experience across multiple platforms using Web Flow/WordPress.
  • Set up, monitor, and manage website/platform data performance using Google Analytics.SEO/SEM:
    • Develop recommendation, plan, and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques (technical, on-page, off-page) to improve search results.
    • Identify, recommend, and create campaigns to capture target audience using paid search advertising (PPC, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Analytics, etc.)Social Media:
      • Develop social media marketing plans and programs.
      • Develop content for marketing tactics.
      • Leverage social media (organic) to generate brand awareness and acquire new customer leads through engaging and relevant content.
      • Use paid social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to further build customer leads.Lead Generation:
        • Recommend/develop lead generation plans/strategies.
        • Produce strong content to effectively initiate interaction and nurture leads through the marketing funnel resulting in a loyal customer.
        • Execute/manage multiple email/messaging campaigns to target and nurture leads. (Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.)Reporting:
          • KPI development, tracking and reporting for all digital initiatives. Skills:
            • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
            • Relevant experience understanding a target audience and how to cater unique messaging, content, and campaign development to capture their attention.
            • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
            • Strong written skills to be able to develop content and communicate messaging.
            • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
            • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
            • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
            • Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.Requirements:
              • 5-7 years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
              • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels.
              • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
              • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with lead generation strategies and Salesforce/Pardot CRM software.
              • 3-5 years hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
              • Proven work experience in web development, digital marketing and SEO/SEM techniques.
              • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
              • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Benefits:
