Social Media Marketing Manager at Dimension Hospitality Are you
ready to unleash and showcase your Social Media Marketing talent
for the Hospitality industry? Creativity, ingenuity, and structure
is essential in social media. Share your expertise to create,
manage and execute social media content across all platforms. We at
Dimension Hospitality are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager
that will be remote based with some light travel based on property
visits for specialty training and/or photo shoots. You will be part
of the Digital team - working closely with others on social media
content strategy/campaigns and reporting to the VP of Marketing &
Communications. The objective is to increase brand awareness,
engagement, and drive revenue for our acclaimed hotel portfolio.
The goal is to perform research on current benchmark trends and
audience preferences, design and implement social media strategy to
align with business goals. Generate, edit, publish, and share
engaging content daily (i.e., original text, photos, videos, and
news). This includes overseeing social media accounts' design
(i.e., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
This position requires to stay up to date with current technologies
and trends in social media, design tools and applications. This
position includes performing research on current benchmark trends
and audience preferences, communicating with followers, respond to
queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews, sourcing
graphics for use in posts and resizing accordingly per platform and
brand ideal requirements. Assist with monthly social media
analytics/reporting to share engagement and seek continuously
improvement and optimization content and campaigns. Brainstorm
social media promotions to highlight and drive visits to our hotels
websites and call to actions. Assist with company internal
communication and assist at events as needed. It is the objective
of the Social Media Marketing Manager to collaborate with other
teams, to ensure brand consistency. Proven work experience as a
Social Media Marketing Manager is essential (must have at least 2
years of social media management experience). Hands on experience
in content management, excellent copywriting skills alongside solid
knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and photography skills, and
ability to judge good content. Solid knowledge of keyword research
and Google analytics. Analytic and multitasking skills is needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
Meticulous attention to detail while being able to communicate with
our team, hotels Director of Sales and Marketing and GM's is vital
