Position Summary Advanced Roofing Inc. is seeking an entry level Marketing Coordinator who is eager to expand their skills and support the company in the growth of the department. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives which include digital marketing campaigns, media communications, and event management.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to support the marketing department and deliver assigned projects on time. It will be critical to have a strong acumen to digital marketing tools and orientation to work in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is able to manage multiple projects at once and consistently meet deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
    • Develop SOPs for marketing and sales efforts
    • Scan search directories like Google and Bing for reviews and legal copywrite issues
    • Support marketing executives in organizing and coordinating various projects
    • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
    • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
    • Update CRM, spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
    • Assist in the organizing of promotional events, webinars, and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
    • Update and prepare PowerPoint Presentations
    • Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
    • Proof for spelling and grammar marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market
    • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
      Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
      • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Graphic Design, and/ or Website Development is a strong advantage
        • 1-2 years of experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced marketing and communication department for multiple divisions and branch offices.
        • Proven experience working on a marketing team.
        • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
        • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
        • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
        • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
        • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
        • Exquisite communication and people skills
