What You'll Do

As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you'll work alongside our Growth and Strategy teams on new business opportunities. This role is cross-functional across business development, strategy, performance marketing and client services.

You will help oversee strategy and operations of new business proposals. This role is perfect for anyone that wants to live at the edge of growth marketing, craves autonomy and novelty of looking at different ad accounts, enjoys learning and wants to contribute at scale.

Responsibilities

You will report into the Senior Director of Client Strategy and will be part of our Business Development and Growth team.

Examples of such functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Build media mix models to influence revenue growth for clients
  • Analyze ad accounts alongside specialists to influence what we present to clients
  • Prepare client presentations, reports and lead email communications with new clients
  • Present recommendations, findings, and insights to new client as part of a larger team
  • Ability to answer questions regarding media strategy and next steps; adjust proposals as needed based on client goals and needs
  • Ability to analyze program results to inform strategy and make recommendations
  • Help new clients onboard to ensure theres continuity between sales and client services

    Qualifications
    • Experience level: 5+ years in digital advertising
    • Previous agency experience preferred but not required
    • A deep familiarity with performance marketing inclusive of paid media and creative
    • Previous media buying experience in at least one of the following channels: Facebook, Google Ads, Programmatic Display, Bing and YouTube
    • Great communicator
    • Passionate about servicing clients and building brands
    • Deep understanding of how different media channels work together in an omnichannel marketing environment
    • Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all tasks
    • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and manage multiple projects at once
    • Team player, eager to learn, proactive, adaptable and flexible
