Overview:Renuity's Contact Center (RCC) is hiring immediately for Customer Development Representatives at our office expansion in Ft Lauderdale, FL.Experience in outbound calls, inside sales, direct marketing- a plus!This role offers a competitive hourly base plus uncapped bonuses to earn up to $75,000 in your first yearThis role is based at our office in Ft Lauderdale, FL and candidates must be able to work on-site.What Can We Offer You:Guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped performance bonusesReceive world-class customer focus, experience, and sales trainings!Full Time benefits, PTO, 401(k)Personal career growth with a consistently growing company!Leadership advancement available within 3 to 6 monthsResponsibilities:What You'll Do:Make outbound calls from strong/warm pre-generated leads - no cold-callingEarn unlimited bonuses by setting appointments for our sales teamsManage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectivesBe the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative in our teamHelp customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channelsQualifications:What You'll Bring:Experience doing outbound and inbound calls and previous sales experience- a plus!Providing customers an amazing experience over the phoneExcellent computer and phone skills with attention to detailHigh energy and willingness to learnScheduling availability between Mon-Fri 8am to 9pm, with at least 1 weekend day availability:Sat- 8am to 6pm orSun- 9am to 6pm"It's a lifestyle", our employees say.
