Come grow with us!Job Description:This position provides project support to the Audit business unit relative to the administration of reports, letters, presentations, proposals and other prospect and client deliverables. This position requires extensive people, communication, project coordination, organizational and process skills along with knowledge of the internal business practices and priorities to support multiple projects with a high level of focus on quality, accuracy, and confidentiality in all work products. The position requires a high degree of technical competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications. Reports to the Project Services People Leader and is a member of the Global Services Team.Project Services - Document Preparation, Proofing and Finalization

  • Develop, edit, format, proofread and process reports in Microsoft Office and other specialized software using various styles with multiple page layouts, headers/footers, graphs/charts/tables and utilizing firm determined procedures.
  • Coordinate workflow and support deliverables through completion and facilitate communications associated with client work and business processes.
  • Develop, edit, and format letters, spreadsheets, proposals, project resumes and all other client deliverables from draft stage to client-ready work.
  • Prepare, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations using advanced features and functions.
  • Create Excel spreadsheets and analyze data using advanced features and functions.
  • Create, edit, and format .pdf files and forms using Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Create, edit, and use standard templates in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for documents in accordance with firmwide records system.
  • Establish and encourage process improvement to provide effectiveness.
  • Provide assistance and help answer questions on processes, formatting and utilizing software, systems, and work tools.
  • Utilize tracking systems to ensure all time and materials are recorded, project work and type are tracked, and project instructions and client interactions are fully documented.
  • Support various projects from start to finish using Microsoft software and other firm systems or web-based applications including working with others to ensure quality and timely completion and document management.Qualifications:
    • Five years or greater of document and administrative work experience in a professional services and/or consulting firm environment.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, English or related field.
    • Extensive administrative background and technical competence with experience formatting large-scale Microsoft Word documents using various styles with multiple page layouts, tables/charts/graphics, and headers/footers.
    • Advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional, web-based applications, and database solutions are required with ability to quickly learn other programs and applications as needed. Working knowledge in using CaseWare Connector tool, Microsoft SharePoint, and Visio is preferred.
    • Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology preferred.
    • Experience using office and meeting technologies including audio visual systems, web and videoconferencing applications and multi-functional devices.
    • Professional presence and exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and/or external to the organization.
    • Effective and polished verbal and written communication skills, and competency in proofreading and grammar with a high level of attention to detail in all work products.
    • Ability to handle key assignments of confidential nature, exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in all work products and communications.
    • High energy level with effective project coordination and organizational skills and ability to multi-task, balance and prioritize client work and projects well under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Process oriented, accurate and quality focused with the ability to effectively create efficiencies in planning.
    • Agile and flexible with ability to demonstrate openness to new challenges, opportunities, continuous learning, and able to easily adapt to change.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify and report trends and make recommendations.
    • Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills with ability to apply logic to find solutions while learning and applying various ways in which to make revisions using software applications.
    • Desire to leverage technology to solve business problems with ability to guide others on use of software, tools, and processes.
    • Ability to understand and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by Crowe, including brand standards and guidelines.Additional Requirements:
      • Able to work a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays when needed based upon project work and peak busy times.
      • Estimate an annual average of up to 5% overtime.
      • Ability to travel for meetings and training sessions, if needed.
