Our client is machinery company, with a professional and friendly work environment is looking for a hands-on Office Manager with bookkeeping experience. Candidate will be supporting a small office of about 10 employees and reporting to the ownersThe ideal candidate will have: Strong Bookkeeping experience as they are handling all A/R and A/P and processing payroll and payroll taxes Organizational skills and detail-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Desktop Setup new clients, projects, and service items Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements Process expense reports Administrative ResponsibilitiesSoftware: Excellent Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook --- Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time offSchedule: 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types: Bonus payWork Location: One location
