You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone, by email, and in-person--and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, respond to emails, keep customer accounts updated, draft documents, and produce labels. You maintain detailed records of your interactions with customers and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant customer service/ receptionist experience
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Familiarity with Tri-County geography
  • Love for working with people
  • Experience preparing permit paperwork and scheduling inspections.
  • Experience following up on permit status, and processing backflow recertification permitsBilingual skills in English and Spanish would also be a plus! Any experience in the home service industry, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical would be helpful but is not necessarily required. Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Are you self-motivated? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience?
