As a Genesys Telephony Engineer, working in collaborative agile
environment as a member of the Enterprise Collaboration Team you
will be responsible for the day to day administration of the
Genesys Cloud Client Contact Center platform this includes
configuration, management, troubleshooting, integration, reporting,
data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Day to day maintenance and oversight of the Genesys Cloud
system
Troubleshoot escalated issues
Maintain end-to-end integrations with the Genesys Cloud CX platform
and various cloud platforms
Be the key partner for organizational change and development
process
Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown for assigned tasks to
support our Agile practice
Requirements:
2-5 years' experience in contact center environment working with
Genesys platform and its capabilities including (but not limited
to) Workforce Force Management (WFM), Queuing/Routing, Call Flow,
Conversational flows using Genesys Cloud Architect
Experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs
Working knowledge of programming experience with implementing
API/Web Services
Knowledge of integrating Genesys Cloud with CRM solutions such as
Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise technologies
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and
problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic
Knowledge of Agile software development methodology and
practices
Strong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Genesys Cloud App
Foundry, AWS, etc.
