The Receptionist / "Director of First Impressions" is
responsible for being the face of the Agency, greeting visitors and
answering phones in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
at all times. This role also assists with administrative duties and
projects as required and needed throughout the Agency.
7am - 4pm
Greet visitors and answer telephones in a friendly, professional
and efficient manner, acting as an ambassador of the Agency.
Enforce security protocols for all associates and visitors.
Ensure that all associates and visitors needs are responded to
appropriately and in a timely fashion.
Provide exceptional customer service and seek out ways to improve
visitors and callers experience.
Maintain the agency reception area, coffee pantries and conference
rooms, ensuring that they are kept neat, clean and presentable to
visitors and associates.
Provide general administrative support and manage tasks and
projects as directed.
Responsible for opening or closing the Agency per building
operations and procedures set by the Executive Vice President of HR
and directed by the Office Manager.
Associate Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or
Communication, or high school diploma or equivalent, and/or
Previous experience as an Admin./Receptionist.
Strong customer service skills.
Proven ability to communicate in a professional and upbeat manner,
with both visitors and employees at all levels of the
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask while being flexible in a busy
Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
