Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant includes providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls; -Organize and schedule appointments; - -Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms; -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, daily, weekly, monthly, annually as needed; -Maintain a filing system; -Update and maintain office policies and procedures; -Order office supplies, search for new deals and suppliers when needed; -Calendar Management; -Submit and reconcile expense reports; -Provide general support to visitors; -Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; -Liaise with senior and executive assistants to handle requests and queries from managers; -Internet/Websites-researching; Make payments & filing online; -Billing Sales Orders; -AR'S-Collections; -AP'S-Payables; -Inventory.
Manage social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and any other media deemed pertinent and impactful in our growing market; Responsible for developing and delivering social media content, as well as maintaining company website and reporting on the effectiveness. - Manage Power Point presentations for new products.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, minimum 5 years' experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners, among others

FULLY BILINGUAL IS A REQUIREMENT, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish.
Technologically proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in particular); G-Suite & QuickBooks
Typing skills: minimum of 45 WPM
Extremely close attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willing to surpass expectations
Able to work in a fast-paced environment without losing concentration and to -handle pressure with a positive attitude,
Excellent organizational skills with high ability to multi-task and to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels,
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
Experience with social media platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.
Strong writing and Research skills required
Must have a "go-getter" mentality, be personable, and friendly!
Graphic design experience is a major plus, as adding custom icons/graphics to websites is preferred
Education Required: College degree, Bachelors, Master
