We have an immediate need for an Administrative Sales Support
for a well-established company in the Davie area. Our client has
been in business for over 45 years and dealing with various parts
needed in the marine industry.
You will be assisting with answering the phone, taking messages and
transferring phone calls as well as all administrative duties
assisting the sales department. You will be processing new sales
leads, processing and quoting sales orders, entering/taking sales
and/or purchase order information, typing various documents (such
as bill of ladings, labels, etc). Prefer someone that is fully
bi-lingual English/Spanish but not a must.
Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, and be able to multi-task
while working in a fast pace environment, have previous sales
support experience, handle highly confidential information,
professional, proficient in MS Office have a sense of urgency .And
have good communication skills.
