Description:Full time receptionist to work for National
Engineering Firm in their Fort Lauderdale Office.The primary duties
of the Receptionist will be providing support for the office staff.
Front desk reception duties include but are not limited to
answering and directing telephone calls, delivering messages,
greeting employees and visitors, scheduling conference calls and
distributing incoming faxes and mail. In addition this position
will set up meetings which may require coordination with outside
vendors. Ability to multi-task and work independently is a must.
Will be responsible for inventory control and ordering office
supplies. Our receptionists also complete word processing as needed
including specifications letters, memos, reports, labels and will
perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested. Final candidates
will be tested on MS Office including Excel Word and

Qualifications:2+ years of related administrative experience
working in an professional corporate environment. 8 - 15 years of
experience is acceptable, more than that the candidate will likely
be over experienced and won't feel challenged in the role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar
punctuation proofreading spelling and telephone skills. Self
motivated detail oriented professional ability to multi-task a
must. Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook.
Ability to handle confidential information. Flexibility and ability
to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a
fast-paced environment. An attitude and commitment to being an
active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.Will
also be responsible for tracking and distributing mail. Preparing
labels. Sanitizing high touch areas twice a day in common areas.
PPE is provided for candidate. Managing office inventory, working
with Miami Lakes office and entering work order requests for
