Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE: Data entry coordinator responsibilities include
collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate
records of valuable company information for the Human Resources
Department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Complete the
onboarding process for new employee's data by inputting information
into the HCM database within time limits* Works daily with schools
School Operations Administrator on CSUSA processes, compliance, and
status of employees to ensure schools are in compliance within 3
days of new employee start date.* Creates daily checklists, by
school for new employee onboarding and compliance prior to
commencement of new employee's employment with.* Provides red
carpet customer service to all stakeholders.* Manages employee
records and ensures proper and timely delivery to payroll and HR.*
Assists schools with data requirements and information.* Compile,
verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to
prepare source data for computer entry* Review data for
deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible
and audit output* Follow up to and obtain essential information for
incomplete documents* Maintain employee information and changes in
the necessary databases.* Generate reports, store completed work in
designated locations and perform audit procedures.* Scan documents
and print files, when needed* Keep information confidential*
Respond to queries regarding incomplete information and access
relevant files* Comply with data integrity and security

proficient experience with Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, ADV
Virtual Edge, and email communications.- Initiates quality
improvements and promotion and demonstrates accuracy and
thoroughness.- Strives to implement best practices and positive
character education.JOB REQUIREMENTS* High school diploma or
equivalent.--Some college preferred.* 1-year experience in Human
Resource administration or equivalent combination of education and
experience. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint), Knowledge of HCM systems such as UltiPro, ADP etc.
helpful but not necessary* Commitment to company values. * Practice
confidentiality rules and regulations.* Such alternatives to the

acceptable.WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the responsibilities of
this position, the work environment characteristics listed below
are representative of the environment the employee will encounter:*
Usual office working conditions.PHYSICAL DEMANDS* No physical
exertion required.* Travel within or outside of state.* Light work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10
pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.TERMS OF
EMPLOYMENTSalary and benefits shall be paid consistent with CSUSA
salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of
employment shall be those established by Charter Schools USA.FLSA
OVERTIME CATEGORYJob is non-exempt from the overtime provisions of
the Fair Labor Standards Act.EVALUATIONPerformance will be
evaluated in accordance with Charter Schools USA's
policy.DECLARATIONThe Charter Schools USA Human Resources
