Office Manager is responsible for performing bookkeeping functions that assist in the daily operations of the branch. This individual prepares reports as required for branch, regional management and corporate office. Coordinates branch accounts receivable process including costing job labor and materials, invoicing, billing, bank deposits, and collections. Administers the branch payroll and human resources including entering payroll, issuing and distributing payroll checks, benefit enrollment, and coordinating branch workers compensation. Prepares new hire packets, including the creation of an employee folder and an attendance sheet for each employee. Reconciles customer invoices with installers billing to ensure accurate commission payments to installers. Supports contract administration through fulfilling requests for certificates of insurance, bonds, business licenses, safety programs, and closeout documents Prepares billings for homebuilders. Miscellaneous office duties including, but not limited to, purchasing office supplies, processing ingoing/outgoing mail, acting as liaison to IT for technical support. Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma Four years experience in office management position, preferably construction Ability to perform basic arithmetic. Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to type at least 45 wpm. Working knowledge of general office equipment, i.e., fax machine, multi-line telephone, copier Position requires a drug test and background check to be completed, contingent upon employment.
