Private Equity Associate-Delray Beach, FL Benefits: Salary $120K to $130K plus bonus (bring you to $200K plus) benefits and much more 2-4 years of combined work experience in investment banking, private equity, leveraged finance or related fields Excellent academic record, preferably with an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related major Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently, with ability to prioritize and complete said tasks under time constraints Excellent analytical and accounting skills with the ability to model complex operating scenarios and acquisition structures Ability to perform detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports Ability to perform industry research and analysis on disparate industries / market segments and distill relevant information • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast growth, entrepreneurial environment / culture Personal Professional maturity, with the highest level of integrity • Close attention to detail, with a high degree of accountability Self-motivation, ambition and desire for increased responsibility Good sense of humor, cultural fit with AEP's partners and historical success working in a small team environment Combination of self-confidence and humility; views success as the success of the entire team
