possibilities We Want to Talk to You! The Difference You Make: The
Analyst, Underwriting works closely with the origination team and
credit risk management in reviewing and analyzing financial
statement reports, conducting due diligence, helping structure the
transaction, assessing credit risk ratings, preparing deal screen
presentations, writing credit approval memorandums, presenting
recommendations to credit committee, reviewing legal documentation,
and monitoring and managing the credit portfolio. • Participates in
projects that help improve and streamline the credit delivery
process. • Prepares high quality, detailed credit approval
documents that contain an in-depth analysis and an understanding
and identification of credit issues and risks. • Decisions loan
requests in accordance with the organization's loan policies and
procedures. • Recommends proper loan structuring that limits risk.
• Prepares commitment letters upon approval of loan request. •
Orders and reviews appraisals and valuations (real estate,
equipment, business, etc.). • Assists all partners (closing,
portfolio, and operations) in the closing of business loans. •
Participates in projects that help improve and streamline the
credit delivery process. • Supports department manager by
supervising all personnel within the department in case manager is
absent. What You Bring: To perform this job successfully, an

work experience: Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or
equivalent field. - Required. 1-3 Years Related experience and/or
training. - Required. • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office,
especially Excel. • Familiarity with financial statement analysis.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and public presentation
skills. • Proven organizational skills; able to work independently
and be detail oriented and thorough. • Ability to work well on a
team with different personalities, adjust quickly to various work
situations, and remain composed under pressure/in stressful
situations. • Ability to work on multiple transactions
simultaneously and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines and

Need To Know: The base pay range for this position is posted below
and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions
(non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The
exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training,
licensure and certifications and location. Base Pay Range Minimum:
