Job Description:

Come work for an investment company located in Weston, Florida. We are looking to hire a bookkeeper to accurately update, report, and manage daily and monthly transactions generated within the investment space. Investments include, not are not limited to cryptocurrency transactions, real estate projects, start-up companies and stocks. The goal would be to provide basic monthly financial reports to CFO for review and to complete the year end reporting. Requirements/Skills:
---Importing large amounts of data from multiple locations into digital asset software and then problem-solving to ensure accuracy,
---Good understanding of bookkeeping and being able to fully reconcile wallets and accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis,
---Ability to be trusted with sensitive information,
---During downtime, you could assist with more traditional reporting and accounting as we run other core businesses as well.

Qualifications for Crypto Bookkeeper
---1-3 years of bookkeeping experience
---Strong knowledge of excel, importing data from CSV files, and good basic tech knowledge (Ability to use quickbooks or other accounting software is important. We use CryptoWorth as our crypto accounting software, it is very user-friendly.
---Problem-solving is a MUST
---Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy
---Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
---Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
---Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
---Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time

Conditions:
---Looking for someone to work in the Weston office full time.
---Semi Flexible Working hours: Office is open from 7:30-7pm. 40 hours is expected for this position.
