If you love accounting, learning and being a part of a thriving team, we're the company for you.Come learn and grow with us!The Right Team Member will:Love serving customersBe detail-orientedEnjoy learning new technology and software integrations (e-commerce)Be fascinated with helping small business owners from around the countryShow initiative and problem solving skillsLove the feeling of being productiveBe collaborative and a true team playerA glimpse into what you'll be doing:Review 100+ customer accounts weekly for accuracy and consistencyCommunicate and train on accounting requirements and process internalFollow up and train Junior Accountants and AccountantsCommunicate with clients via phone, text, e-mail, or video conferenceBuild and nurture strong internal and external customer relationshipsSet up customer accounting software integrationsHandle escalated customer needs/issues - related to qualityMust Haves:B.S. in Accounting, MBA Preferred3 years Public Accounting and/or Audit Experience2+ years successful experience as a Senior Accountant, leading a team2+ years successful experience as a Senior Accountant, performing data analytics and modelingAdvanced knowledge of accounting principlesAttention to detail while successfully multi-taskingExceptional English communication skills, both verbal and writtenAdvanced proficiency in ExcelStrong knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Products, QBO, Xero or similarExcellent organizational skillsProven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloadCertified in Xero or QuickbooksExperience training and developing othersProven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutionsStrong ability to take initiative and self-start when necessaryHere at Xendoo, we enjoy a Monday through Friday workweek (even during tax season) so you can enjoy a work/life balance.
