Our top-notch benefits plans, and generous paid time off allow you much-needed time to recharge and achieve work-life balance.Description of DutiesProfit and Loss AnalysisAccumulate and organize all paperwork necessary to bill each particular contract.Analyze Profit and Loss reports and signed Media Authorizations for accuracy.BillingPrepare sales orders and check for accuracy prior to obtaining manager's approval.Generate invoices and provide affidavits to support issued invoices.Gross Profit Analysis and Accounting FilesUpdate Billing Book status and digitally organize client's files for easy access.Create journal entries to record all activity associated with each contract.Research and reconciliation of assigned clientsResearch and respond to email inquiries where necessaryReconcile client's match reports against the Profit and Loss reportCommunicate and work closely with the media buyers, managers, accounting department and co-workers to ensure an effective and efficient workflowQualified candidates will be computer proficient. This position is a terrific opportunity for an individual looking to enter the media advertising world. Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
