Requirements

• 
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  
• Experienced with QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online and ability to learn other client software, if required
  
• Experience with preparation of various payroll tax, Form 1099 and other tax returns
  
• Dedicated to excellent client service and providing a rich, frictionless client experience
  
• Ability to learn and implement new technology
  
• Ability to self-manage projects
  
• Excellent time management skills
  
• At least 5 years of experience providing accounting services in a client-contact environment, preferrably with a CPA Firm
  
• Travel to client locations when needed
  
  Job Description
  
  • 
    
  • Preparing bookkeeping or Reviewing client-prepared bookkeeping
    
  • Coding transactions, accepting bank feeds, and updating deposits
    
  • Entering journal entries and reconciling accounts
    
  • Updating tax preparation information
    
  • Handling client bill pay
    
  • Processing live-client payroll
    
  • Preparing sales tax returns and Forms 1099
    
  • Assisting with developing accounting processes
    
  • Providing outstanding customer service
    
  • Treating individuals with respect, while being very respected
    
  • Completing client deliverables on time (exceeding their expectations)
