Job Description All American Facility Maintenance is a dynamic, fast-growing facility maintenance company located in Sunrise, FL. We are seeking a full-time Billing Coordinator to assist with billing operations within the company. The Billing Coordinator must coordinate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of invoices, correspond with clients to follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve any billing-related issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Researches and follows up on vendor invoices Manages rejected subcontractor invoices between service coordinators and subcontractors Helps facilitate communication between the accounts payable and operations departments Processes a high volume of project billings per month Daily view of live Schedule for completed work orders Enters updated information into designated portals Validate and follow-up with subcontractors on outstanding payables Clear incoming account receivable payments Review account receivables on a weekly basis for reporting and updates Produces summary reports Follows up on vendor setups Assists department in various tasks and or assignments Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient with Microsoft Excel Prior Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Payable experience required Services Industry billing experience a plus Proficient computer skills Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Good communication skills --- verbal and written Able to deal with multiple timelines and deadlines Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D., and or an associate degree preferred. Experience: Ideal candidate comes with 1 - 2 years of related experience in account billing Must be willing to work both independently and in a team atmosphere Building strong internal and external relationships with the team, vendors, and clients using effective verbal and written communication Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO and Vacation, Paid Holidays Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM or 9:00AM to 6:00PM 40 hours per week - Paid weekly
