Position: Division Director, Finance and Accounting (Fort
Lauderdale, FL) Robert Half International Inc., founded in 1948, is a $3.77

and skills to clients anywhere in the world. Duties: Participate in the recruiting, screening, hiring and
training of new Recruiting Managers. Ensure the team’s compliance with the
Permanent Placement Operating Model and best practices. Incrementally grow
divisional revenues consistent with target levels. Foster business
development to meet and exceed the overall financial goals of the division, branch
and company. Provide supervision, training and ongoing support for all new
hires. Develop the division’s billings and performance goals. Supervise
the day-to- day recruitment activities including planning; marketing
services to prospective clients; build existing client relationships;
recruiting; consult with candidates on industry trends; and place accounting
and financial professionals on a permanent basis. Function as the
point person within the division to aid Recruiting Managers with issues
regarding client account relationships, recruiting techniques, and fee
negotiation. Determine fee pricing and increase market share based on
competitive information. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and two (2) years’
experience in recruiting management for financial and accounting positions,
or in the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree(or foreign equivalent) in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and five
(5) years’ experience as indicated above, or in the alternative, no degree
and seven years of experience as indicated above. Also requires demonstrated expertise: supervising and managing a
team of financial and accounting recruiters; placing C-level executives
including: CFOs, VPs of Finance, Compliance Managers, and Controllers;
recruiting for large publicly financed companies; and generating annual revenue
